UX Research (ENG)

The core of designing digital services and products is the user experience, also known as UX. We all have experiences with products and services that have not met our expectations, whether it’s a complicated interface or a service that is difficult to navigate. To ensure that the products, services, and systems we design are user-friendly, truly useful and functional for users, we need to conduct some background research to understand their needs and behavior. We call these methods UX Research (UXR).

In this course, you will learn what UX Research is, why it is essential for every designer, and how you can start exploring user needs and behavior yourself. You will gain access to practical and effective methods that you can immediately apply to your work. Additionally, I will share a few tips based on my own experiences!
