I’m Heta-Linnea Kovanen, a multidisciplinary designer with over 10 years of experience in visual design, working across product design, UI/UX, design systems, and concept development.

Alongside hands-on design work, I’ve supported other designers and aspiring creatives in developing their skills, portfolios, and career direction. This has given me a strong interest in how design practice is communicated, learned, and grown in different stages of a career.

My background in business (BBA) and ongoing studies in Innovation Management have strengthened my understanding of how design connects to organizational development, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, including the role of team dynamics and psychological safety in effective creative work.
